Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours of order placement. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and orders over $750 are shipped free. Upgraded shipping is available via FedEx and UPS 2-day overnight shipping. All deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, within the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please note each product may have a different shipping time-frame, based on availability.* When products are available for immediate shipping, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of order placement. Once your order is in transit, we will reach out with tracking information so you can follow its journey from us to you!

*Due to the custom nature of most of our pieces, please allow up to 3 weeks for production. All sales are final. In the event your product is not immediately available, you will be notified immediately upon purchase and the 3-week production window will apply.
